On Tuesday 24 November, MEGT held its annual graduation night at Karralyka, Ringwood. Each year, graduation is held to recognise the hard work and dedication of our MEGT Institute students who are undertaking training at the Trade Skills Centre in Ringwood.

The night also acknowledges our apprentices and trainees employed through MEGT’s Recruitment Management Services, as well as the contributions and support our host employers offer them as they work towards their qualifications.

We are proud of all our graduates and award winners and today we celebrate the 2015 MEGT  Victorian Trainee of the Year:

Dylan Wolfgramm
ACPET

Dylan Wolfgramm, a business trainee with Host Employer ACPET, was awarded the honour of Trainee of the Year, after a remarkable journey. Dylan was recruited via MEGT’s development program in conjunction with the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA).

Earlier in 2015, MEGT partnered with VAFA to reach a new market of job seekers, seeking candidates that displayed real leadership characteristics and a strong work ethic. By speaking with the local football clubs and players, MEGT Business Development Manager John Mercieca was able to identify talent and give young players an opportunity to apply for the kind of jobs that can one day lead to a career.

Inspired by Dylan’s story?
Contact MEGT and take the first steps to your new career today.

Dylan is just one of the success stories to come from this partnership and we are pleased to name him 2015 MEGT Victorian Trainee of the Year.

Well done Dylan!
